warm water (105-115 degrees)
olive or vegetable oil
homemade style pizza sauce
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in a medium bowl. Let sit for a few minutes.
Add flour, oil, and salt. Knead about 20 times or until dough is smooth and elastic. Let dough rest for 5-20 minutes.
Shape dough with hands and put in pizza pans. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
Put sauce, cheese and pepperoni on crust and bake for 12-15 minutes more or until crust is light brown.
You can put other toppings on you like.
Sometimes I like to put the cooked pizza under the hot broiler for 5 minutes to make the crust a little 'stiff'. My kids like it this way.
