I am the only one in my family diagosed with celiac sprue. It is so hard for me to find foods I enjoy other than just meat and vegetables. This recipe is so easy and good.

Ingredients

1 pkg
yeast
3/4 c
warm water
2 1/2 c
gluten free bisquick
pizza ingredients of your choice

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients and spread onto greased 20 to 12 inch pizza pan. Bake about 5 minutes at 425. Add your choice of pizza ingredients and bake at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes.
2Note: The smaller the pan the thicker the crust or the larger the pan the thinner the crust.
