- 10 1/2 oz
- jar pizza sauce with cheese
- 3 oz
- can chopped mushrooms, drained
- 2 oz
- or more-sliced pepperoni
- 1 c
- shredded mozzarella cheese
Roll into a 14 -inch circle on lightly floured board. Place in greased or sprayed 14-inch pizza pan, pressing to fit pan.
Brush dough lightly with olive oil. Cover pan loosely with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place for 30 minutes.
Spread sauce on dough. Top with mushrooms, pepperoni and cheese. Bake at 400^ for 15-20 minutes until done. Cut into wedges.
