Slice 4 eggplant in half , salt and pepper. Place them flesh down in a casserole dish pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil. For 20 minutes
Meanwhile brown lamb, add chopped eggplant, cumin and garlic powder.
In a small skillet place butter and crumbs in pan; cook until golden brown. Pull out eggplant from oven top each with lamb mixture, crumb and cheese.
Return to oven to melt the cheese about 5 minutes. Check you oven and watch them.
