Great for the kids.. and the kids can even help. I personally don't have kids but feel I'm a kid at heart and Loooove these for something different on a weekend night.

1 pkgenglish muffins

1 jarpizza sauce
-
mozzarella cheese
-
pepperoni, sausage or whatever topping you like
How To Make english muffin pizza's

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Separate english muffins and toast each one in the toaster. Helps if you have a 4 slotted toaster. Put presliced English muffins face up on a cookie sheet. Spoon some pizza sauce on each half of the muffins. Top with pepperoni or whichever your favorite topping is and then the cheese.

2Bake for about 5-10 minutes or until the cheese melts and bubbles slightly.
