Carol's Notes:

This is so cute from Pillsbury. I plan on making 2 or 3 of these for my family's Superbowl Party.

Directions

1
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough, and starting at center, press out dough into a 14x12-inch rectangle. Brush dough with olive oil, bake for 7 minutes.
2
Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust, with mozzarella cheese and parsley. Arrange pepperoni in
a football shape in center of pizza. Cut string cheese lengthwise into 4 strips. To make football laces, place one strip horizontally on center of football. Cut remaining strip into 5 pieces; arrange vertically across horizontal strip. (You can eat the other 2 strips of string cheese.) lol
3
Bake 10 to 13 minutes longer, or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. To serve, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows, making 16 pieces.

*Feel free to add additional seasonings of your choice to sauce and cheese. Make it "your own". :)

Hi Cindy,
It does look delicious, and so easy! That's why I posted it. It would look nice as the centerpiece of the buffet table. :)
