i love this saiuce . i usually make with fettuccini9, tortellini or gnocchi . it's great with all those . my family and friends love it too.

Ingredients For bolognese sauce

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    italian sausages
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 2
    carrots chopped
  • 2
    celery sticks chopped
  • clove
    garlic chopped
  • 3 lg
    cans peeled tomatoes
  • 1 lb
    fettuccini
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • season with salt and pepper to taste

How To Make bolognese sauce

  • 1
    chop all vegetables ans saute' in olive oil, in large pot . in a medium skillet brown ground beef and drain . add to pot with vegetables.

    take out sausages out of casing and mash in pot with a fork. brown all meat good.add 1/2 cup of red wine . put peeled tomatoes in blender and chop. add to pat . season with salt to taste and a dash of black pepper

    cook at medium to low heat for at least 1 hour or until done .boil pasta al dente . drain and add to pot . add cheese and mix well . add more grated cheese on your plate . enjoy .
