I could never get my pizza crust to become a pizza, it shrinks up and looks more like an amoeba. So I decided I'd make a pizza "pie" for the boys, and now they never want a regular pizza. It's requested at every party I have or go to!

Ingredients For best & easiest pizza pie ever!

  • 2 pkg
    mozzarella sliced thin
  • 1 lb
    provolone cheese sliced thin
  • 2 pkg
    thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 6 tube
    croissants (we love pillsbury best)
  • 2 c
    of your favorite spaghetti sauce

How To Make best & easiest pizza pie ever!

  • 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then take one roll of croissant and make into pie crust in pie plates, making sure to seal all the little openings. Don't be afraid to smush and smash them closed

Start with a layer of 5 slices of provalone, then add pepperoni to cover, then mozzarella, and repeat with another layer to all pies.

Now the fun part. Cover pie with one roll of croissant each. I lay out half of it on the counter and seal all those little perforations then slap it on and seal it to as much of the pie edge as I can, then fill in with the other pieces until it's all covered. Then I seal the edge of the pie with a fork.

Place all pies ( and trust me when I say you'll need to make more than 1 ) in the oven for 30 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes then slice and serve. Enjoy!!!! You can serve with a "spoonful or two" of your favorite sauce on top. And with a side salad if you want this to be the main meal!
