refrigerated pizza crust dough
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
your favorite bbq sauce
mozzarella cheese, low-fat
1Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
2Take your chicken breasts, season with salt & pepper throw it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes depending on the size
After it bakes take out of the oven and allow it to cool
3Drizzle your pizza pan with olive oil and salt and pepper (no I am not crazy, just try it this just adds another level of flavor to a rather boring type pizza crust)
4Take your crust out of the container only spread it out just a little bit do not stretch the crust to fit the pan. You won't get a fluffy crust if you stretch it out to fit the pan!
5Drizzle the crust with olive oil salt & pepper and sprinkle your grated garlic clove onto the crust
6Put the crust in the oven and let it bake for about 5 minutes
7Take the crust out of the oven, let it cool for about 10 minutes
8After your pizza crust has cooled dump on your BBQ sauce, and spread it evenly around the crust
9Sprinkle on a mixture of the cheeses ( a small amount not all of it!)
10Cut the chicken into cubes and take the whole cup and sprinkle onto the crust
11The put break up your thin onion slices and place them on your pizza crust along with the slices of the jalapeno.
12Sprinkle on the rest of your chosen toppings and the rest of your cheese.
13Place it back in the oven until the cheese is melted the crust is golden brown
14This pizza makes 4 servings and each serving is under 400 calories :)
