2 - 8 oz
packages of cream cheese
parmesan cheese, shredded
(or 1/2 cup) butter
seasonings :: garlic powder, oregano, salt&pepper
1Add all ingredients and seasoning in sauce pan, over medium heat.
2Wisk until completely mixed; it will look curdled at first, just keep stirring.
3*if its too thick, add more milk.
4Serve over pasta

Wow, i didn't now that alfredo sauce could be so easy. I will make it more often. As a Diabetic and Reflux patient, i can have a lot of tomato basic foods. So knowing i can change it up without the hassle, i love it.. Thanks
