THIS IS A LOCAL DISH,ITS FRENCH.IT TAKES A LITTLE TIME TO MAKE IT,BUT,THEY ARE VERY GOOD.

raw shrimp chopped

bell pepper,chopped
1 large
onion ,chopped
3 clove
garlic,chopped
3 tsp
parsley
1/2 c
breadcrumbs

egg yolk
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
1 c
flour
1/2 c
vegetable oil
1/2 c
water

Step-By-Step

1MIX ALL BUT FLOUR,OIL AND WATER.FORM INTO BALLS,AND ROLL IN THE FLOUR.BROWN IN THE OIL IN A SKILLET.AFTER BROWNED ,ALL OF THEM,ADD,THE WATER INTO THE SKILLET.PUT BOULLETES BACK INTO THIS AND SIMMER COVERED 10 MINUTES.CAN SERVE ON RICE.
