Ingredients For quiche lorraine

1/2 lbbacon
-
3eggs
-
19 inch unbaked piecrust
-
1 1/2 chalf and half
-
4 ozswiss cheese, shredded
-
1/2 tspsalt
How To Make quiche lorraine

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2Cook bacon in skillet until browned and then drain on paper towels.

3Sprinkle cheese and bacon on to the piecrust.

4In a medium bowl, beat eggs and half & half and salt.
-
5Pour mixture into the pie crush and bake 15 minutes at 425. Then turn oven to 350 and bake another 20 minutes or until set.
