|oil ,vinegar,water, and make mustard vinegarette|
|for a minute till cheese is bubbly|

DirectionsThe ingredients you will need is a pita, sprouts, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, green onion and avocado optional.Place the pita on a cutting board and cut in half. Add the cheese, sprouts, and mushrooms.Place the pita in the broiler for 3 minutes.Cheese must be bubbly and pita crispy.Add mustard, oil, water, and vinger to make a vinegarette in a bowl and serve.
