egg, slightly beaten
egg white, slightly beaten
1"-thick slices firm french bread
lower-sugar orange juice
1Coat a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Heat oven to 450. In shallow bowl, combine egg, egg white, milk, vanilla and 1/8 tsp cinnamon. Mix well. Soak a few slices of bread at a time in bowl, for 1 min per side.Place bread on baking sheet. Repeat w/ remaining bread. Bake for 6 min, or until light brown, turn over and bake another 6 min. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, stir together orange peel, orange juice, honey, cornstarch and remaining cinnamon. Cook, stirring until sauce thickens. Cook 2 more mins. Remove from heat. Drizzle orange sauce over french toast slices.
