White Fish and Smokey Bacon Kebabs

- 1 lb
- white fish fillets,cut into chunks. catfish work well also.
- 1/4 c
- lemon juice
- 1 tsp
- strips of maple cured bacon.
1pre-heat grill on high.
in a shallow dish combine lemon juice and paprika.add chunks of fish, toss to coat.
2cut each strip of bacon in half,and wrap around chunks of fish.. secure on skewers (i use double pronged skewers).
3reduce heat on grill to medium-low. place skewers on grill and cook,turing as necessary, untill fish is cooked through. ( abought 8 minutes).
