Recipe from the chef on a boat providing fishermen with top notch accomodations and deep sea fishing. He was a fisherman himself so he really loved this job. He used to bring my husband and I the most beautiful Tuna Steaks and this was his suggestion to prepare them. They are absolutely divine. Not only did we love them, but so too did our extended family.
