Ingredients
| 3-4 Tbsp | olive oil |
| 3/4 c | chopped celery |
| 2 Tbsp | light cream cheese |
| 2 tsp | lemon juice |
| 1/3 c | dry bread crumbs |
| 1 tsp | dill |
| pinch of black pepper | |
| 9 1/4 oz | can tuna ( of course you could use canned salmon etc) and you can use the darker meat tuna as well |
| 1 | egg white, lightly beaten |

It probably is like your Salmon cakes and I mentioned that in the recipe as well ~ it is an old old recipe I remember my Mom making them on Friday nights when we couldn't eat meat, we are Catholics, and thats the way it was back then. My mom has passed over 33 years ago, so yea it is an old one, but just thought maybe there is someone that has never even heard of it.
