Tuna Burgers

My little brother shared this recipe with me! Who knew he can cook!!

2 - 6 oz can(s)
solid white tuna, drained
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 c
plain breadcrumbs
1 1/2 tsp
prepared horseradish
2 large
1 clove
garlic, minced
1/2 c
onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1/2 c
celery, finely chopped
1 Tbsp
olive oil


1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2In a large bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, and eggs. Mix lightly.
3Add onion,celery, lemon juice, horseradish, garlic, and pepper. Mix again lightly and gently form into 4 patties.
4Heat the oil in a non stick skillet over medium heat and cook patties, covered, until golden brown.
5Carefully flip the patties and cook on other side for 5 minutes.
6Finish baking in oven until golden brown.
7Serve with fried potatoes and homemade colesalaw.
