Tilapia Nuggets w/ Monika's Spicy Tarter Sauce

- tilapia fillets (cut into nuggets)
- 1 c
- marinade ( mojo)
- 1 c
- 1/2 stick
- 1/2 c
- olive oil
- salt/pepper taste
- 1 Tbsp
1place the tilapia nuggets with the marinade in a large plastic zip lock bag, marinade at least an hour in fridge.
2lightly drench the nuggets in the flour (shaking off excess) in a large skillet put half the butter and half the olive oil, on med-high..brown the nuggets on both sides (do in batches) 2-3 minutes each side.
3drain on a paper towel lined plate, serve with spicy tarter sauce.
