Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra-virgin
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined & tails off
- 1 teaspoon cilantro, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped
- 8 - 6" corn tortillas
How To Make tequila shrimp tacos

Step 1In a large skillet, heat butter & oil. Add garlic, tequila & shrimp & saute until shrimp are heated through, about 4 - 5 minutes.

Step 2Stir in cilantro & red pepper flakes.

Step 3Warm tortillas.

Step 4Divide shrimp mixture & chopped lettuce amoung the tortillas.
