Ingredients
| 1 Tbsp | olive oil, extra virgin |
| 1/2 c | chopped onion |
| 1 Tbsp | minced garlic |
| 1/2 c | red bell pepper , cut into strips |
| 1 c | snow peas |
| 1 tsp | red pepper flakes,optional |
| 1/2 c | button mushrooms, coarsely chopped |
| 1 pinch | ground ginger |
| 12 oz | imitation crabmeat,pulled apart |
| soy sauce to taste |

Directions
Heat oil in non-stick skillet. Stir fry onion, garlic and peppers until soft,for about 5 minutes.
Add pepper flakes and mushrooms. Stir 1 minute. Add peas , stir until they are cooked. Add crab meat. Sprinkle all over with ginger.Stir and simmer until crab is heated through and peas are tender; about 10 minutes.
Serve with soy sauce.
