1 c

1 c

1/4 c
soy sauce (i use reduced sodium)
1/4 c

1 Tbsp
dill, fresh or dried
1/2 Tbsp
basil
salt & pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Boil the potatoes, carrots, and lastly the green beans until just tender. Remove with slotted spoon.
2In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, herbs, and salt and pepper.

Lay a large sheet of aluminum foil on a rimmed baking sheet. Fold up edges of foil to sauce doesn't spill.
3Place salmon fillet in middle of the foil, evenly distribute cooked vegetables and leeks around and over the salmon. Pour soy sauce mixture over everything.
4Fold edges of the foil tightly, creating a packet. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until the salmon is done.
