First step: Chop green onions and put in bowl, squeeze lemon juice on them and leave until ready to mix. In LARGE bowl put chopped cucumbers, celery, avacados, green onion in lemon juice. Add shrimp and crab meat. Squeeze the two oranges into the mix, then add juice and cocktail sauce.(You might not need all the juice or might need a little more.) Stir gently but mix well. Serve with lime quarters and Hot Sauce.
This recipe is easy to cut in half if making for small group.
