Ingredients

1 lb
curly lasagna noodles
1 lb
small shrimp, shelled & deveined
1 lb
scallops
1/4 lb
butter
1/3 c
white wine
3 clove
garlic, minced
2
lobsters (1 pound each)
1 lb
ricotta cheese
1
egg
1 1/2 tsp
oregano
1 1/2 tsp
basil
1 lb
cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb
mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c
bread crumbs

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven: 350 degrees....

Cook & drain noodles. Saute shrimp & scallops in butter, wine & garlic; drain cooking liquid.

Dice lobster meat, add to shrimp & scallops; set aside.

In greased 9 x 14 inch baking dish arrange a layer of noodles.

In a mixing bowl combine ricotta cheese, egg, herbs, & cheddar cheese; mix thoroughly.

Layer half the ricotta mixture, half the seafood, & one-third of the mozzarella cheese over noodles.

Repeat once. Top with remaining noodles, mozzarella cheese, & bread crumbs.

Bake for 50 minutes.
