1UNVAIL YOUR SHRIMP FROM THE PACKAGE . I PERFER FROM THE FISH market RATHER THAN PACKGED , BUT SOMETIMES YOU HAV NO CHICE ..SO , HERE WE GO
2open your tomato sauce
open your tomato paste
shed your garlic fom skin( put these on the side for now)
peel the shrimp skin
finley chop your herbs - the basil and parsley
take out your blender , pur the tomato and paste and garlic in the blender . to a puree ..this way if your serving children , they never see the garlic and onions that your putting in the sauce..hence --they will eat it then..( by the way , onion and garlic are two things I use too thicken the sauce )
4take your suace pan , use a large one for this..
add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil , pour in your sauce when oil is heated . Then add one and a half cans of water , and two cups of wine add the herbs of choice or you can follow my recipie , and just let it boil for about 5 min , then reduce the heat too simmer for an hour
5in the last 20 min of the sauce cooking add the tuna , ten min after that add The SHRIMPS..
IN ANOTHER LARGE SAUCE POT FILL THE WATER 3/4 OF THE WAY , ADD A TINY BIT OF SALT IF YOU MUST ( I DONT) AND ADD 1 TABLE SPOON OF OIL IN THE WATER THIS PREVENTS IT FROM STICKING TOO MUCH ,,RINSE THE PASTA IN COLD WATER BY POURING IT IN THE HOT WATER IN THE POT , THEN REMOVE THE WATER BY PUTTING IT IN THE STRAINER WHEN IT IS DONE, TOO GET THE STARCH OUT THEN ADD THE SAUCE..
6TIP FOR THE PASTA
tHIS IS VITAL INFO FOR THOSE WHO THINK THEY CANT EAT NOODLES ,,THIS IS WHY YOU CANT ..
I am not a fan of ALDENTE cooking pasta ,, I like too eat it fully cooked , I do not follow the package , it is designed too eat it ALDENTE, this style hurts my stomach due too the pasta cooking in the stomach , which is why alot of people feel bloated when they eat pasta of any kind in the Aldente style..not my recomendation , but tomato tamaato..
SO FULLY COOK THE PASTA IN WHICH IT WILL TAKE 25 MIN TOO COOK IN FULL ( linguini takes 40 min)NOT LIKE THE 12 MIN ON THE PACKAGE..ANE YOU WILL NEVER GET THE BLOATING , EVER THIS WAY..
i hope this gives inspiration too those who thoght they cant eat noodles.
