Scallops In Double Pepper Sauce

1/4 c
olive oil
garlic cloves, minced
1 lb
bay or sea scallops
3/4 c
slivered red peppers
3/4 c
slivered green peppers
1/2 c
chopped onion
1/2 tsp
hot sauce of your choice
1/4 tsp
2 Tbsp
capers, drained


1In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the garlic.

2Cook until golden, about 1 minute.

3Add the scallops, peppers, onion, hot sauce and salt.

4Stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes, or until the scallops turn white and the vegetables are crisp-tender.

5Stir in the capers and serve immediately.
