Ingredients

1 lb
salmon, skinless filet
1 c
balsamic glaze
3
garlic cloves, smashed
1 Tbsp
ginger powder
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp
butter
1 Tbsp
canola oil

Step-By-Step

1Cut Salmon into 4 equal pieces.

2salt and pepper both sides

3pan sear in butter/canola oil, 2 minutes per side. set aside

4warm the Balsamic/garlic/ginger power, drizzle on top of salmon...delicioso.
