Growing up, my mother would fix salmon patties at least once a week. It was one of my favorite meals. She would usually have salmon patties with potatoes and onions and field peas...It was so good. I make them for my family and they love them

Ingredients

1 can(s)
pink salmon, drained and deboned
1 small
onion, minced (optional)
2 large
eggs
1/2 c
bread crumbs, italian seasoned
10
saltine crackers
1/2 tsp
pepper
1/4 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients by hand. Shape into patties. Add enough oil to frying pan to cover bottom. Cook until nice and brown on both sides.
