Crumble salmon in mixing bowl. Saute onions, & add them to the bowl. Add half the bread crumbs & all of the eggs. Add remaining ingredients except remaining bread crumbs. Mix well. Form 8 patties about 4 oz. each. Dredge the patties in remaining bread crumbs. Freeze the patties. The reason for freezing is so you can hold the shape of the pattie. Pull the patties from the freezer, & fry at 350 degrees to golden brown. You can freeze patties until you need them. They can be microwaved or warmed in oven.
