Ingredients For salmon cakes

16 ozsalmon (bumble bee)

2eggs

1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 cketchup
How To Make salmon cakes

1drain liquid from salmon and break it up in the bowl .

2add the rest of the ingredients and mix well, May need to adjust the ketchup to your taste

3Drop spoonfuls into a pan that has some oil in it and heated on medium heat or little less. The size of a hamburger patty is the size I use and cook until browned, flip over and brown the other side. Drain on paper towel.
