Ingredients For salmon, asparagus and swiss cheese

  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 oz
    swiss cheese (or 3 oz low fat)
  • 1 can
    asparagus, drained
  • 6 oz
    canned salmon, drained
  • 1 Tbsp
    white wine (optional)

How To Make salmon, asparagus and swiss cheese

  • 1
    Whisk together 1st 4 ingredients and microwave until bubbly, 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Add cheese and stir to melt.

    Stir in asparagus, salmon, and optional white wine. Microwave 1 minute to heat through.

    Serve with baked potato or over a toasted English muffin.
