1 cskim milk

1/4 tspsalt

pepper to taste

1 1/2 ozswiss cheese (or 3 oz low fat)

1 canasparagus, drained

6 ozcanned salmon, drained

1 Tbspwhite wine (optional)
How To Make salmon, asparagus and swiss cheese

1Whisk together 1st 4 ingredients and microwave until bubbly, 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Add cheese and stir to melt.

2Stir in asparagus, salmon, and optional white wine. Microwave 1 minute to heat through.

3Serve with baked potato or over a toasted English muffin.
