3 Tbsp
flour
1 c
skim milk
1/4 tsp
salt
pepper to taste
1 1/2 oz
swiss cheese (or 3 oz low fat)
1 can(s)
asparagus, drained
6 oz
canned salmon, drained
1 Tbsp
white wine (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Whisk together 1st 4 ingredients and microwave until bubbly, 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute.

Add cheese and stir to melt.

Stir in asparagus, salmon, and optional white wine.

Microwave 1 minute to heat through.

Serve with baked potato or over a toasted English muffin.
