4salmon filets

8lemon slices

4fresh dill weed sprigs

How To Make perfectly poached salmon

1Use electric vegetable steamer that has a timer.If steamer is too small, may have to do 2 batches, but works great for serving 2. I use 2 lemon slices per salmon filet.

2Place lemon slices in bottom of vegetable tray. Place sprigs of dill onto each lemon slice. Place salmon on top. Salt & pepper to taste. Set timer to 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
