WANTED TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR MY TILAPIA DINNER N I HAVE HEARD ABOUT PARM CRUSTED TILAPIA. BUT I ADDED RANCH MIX N THE SESAME OIL ADDED MORE FLAVA WITH A BIT OF HEAT...DELISH ;)

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 LINE BAKING PAN WITH FOIL

IN A PLATE COMBINE PARM CHEESE, RANCH DIP MIX, PAPRIKA, BLACK PEPPER N CHOPD PARSLEY.

IN A SMALL DISH COMBINE BOTH OILS N BRUSH ON BOTH SIDES OF TILAPIA FILLETS.

PRESS EACH OILED FILLET INTO PARMESEAN MIXTURE FLIP N PRESS OTHER SIDE ... PLACE ON FOILD LINED BAKN PAN
REPEAT WITH OTHER FILLET. BAKE FOR 10-12 MINUTES N UNTIL TILAPIA FLAKES EASILY...ENJOY :)
