Ingredients

BLACK BEAN BAKE INGREDIENTS

2 can(s)
black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 can(s)
cola
1/2
medium sized yellow onion, diced
1
small green or red pepper, diced
1/4 c
honey
1 Tbsp
yellow mustard
1 tsp
chili powder
1/8 tsp
black pepper
1/4 c
ketchup
4
strips bacon

FISH INGREDIENTS

1lb
tilapia fillets
1 1/2 c
panko bread crumbs
1 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
2-3 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1/4 c
oil

Directions Step-By-Step

For the beans: combine all ingredients but bacon and place in greased casserole dish. Top with the strips of bacon and bake in 325 degree oven for about 50 min.

For the fish: Combine panko,salt and pepper on a plate. Using a pastry brush thinly coat each fillet with the mustard, then dip in the crub mixture. Heat oil over med-high heat until hot. Pan fry
fish in oil until golden brown on each side(about 3 minutes per side). Carefully remove to paper towels to drain. Serve with sweet and spicy black bean bake.
