Ingredients
- MIX:
- 2 parts wheat flour
- 1 part pumpernickle rye flour
- 1 part corn meal
- sucker fish fillets
How To Make pan fried suckers

Step 1Combine mix ingredients. Mix well. Shake sucker fillets in flour mixture using a paper bag. Lay fillets on a rack for about 1/2 an hour. Flour will absorb moisture.

Step 2Heat oil or fat. Shake fish in flour again before dropping into the pan.
