Oven Fried Prawns

Jeanne Gliddon

One of my most favorite meals is Fried Prawns. I developed this recipe from one that was way to salty and had other ingredients in it that my family would not like. But I liked the fact that you bake them in the oven instead of deep frying them and end up with Prawns that you would swear were in fact deep fried. They are very easy to prepare and when I make them for my family and friends I am the most popular person around! I hope you will try this recipe and that you enjoy it as much as my family does!

Bread Shrimp early in day and chill uncovered in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours (the coating dries out and the Shrimp gets crisper). I highly recommend doing this!
