Ingredients For oven "fried" fish

  • TARTAR SAUCE:
  • 6 oz pkg
    liberté méditerranée lemon yogurt
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise, fat-free
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    dill pickle, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp
    tarragon, dried
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • FISH:
  • 1/3 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 4
    fish filets, your choice
  • 1/8 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • GARNISH:
  • lemon wedges

How To Make oven "fried" fish

    TARTAR SAUCE: In a medium bowl, whisk yogurt, mayo, sugar, mustard, lemon juice & vinegar; stir to combine. Add pickles, parsley, tarragon & garlic; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

    Place panko, salt & pepper in a small dry skillet over medium heat; cook, stirring, until toasted, 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Brush both sides of each fillet with oil & dredge in panko mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 5 - 6 minutes.

    Carefully transfer fish to plates & garnish with a dollop of tartar sauce & lemon wedges.
