Ingredients For oven "fried" fish
- TARTAR SAUCE:

6 oz pkgliberté méditerranée lemon yogurt

1/2 cmayonnaise, fat-free

1/4 csugar
-
1 tspdijon mustard
-
1 tsplemon juice
-
1 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1/4 cdill pickle, finely chopped
-
2 Tbspparsley flakes
-
1 tsptarragon, dried
-
3 clovegarlic, minced
- FISH:
-
1/3 cpanko bread crumbs
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
4fish filets, your choice
-
1/8 colive oil, extra virgin
- GARNISH:
-
lemon wedges
How To Make oven "fried" fish

1TARTAR SAUCE: In a medium bowl, whisk yogurt, mayo, sugar, mustard, lemon juice & vinegar; stir to combine. Add pickles, parsley, tarragon & garlic; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

2Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

3Place panko, salt & pepper in a small dry skillet over medium heat; cook, stirring, until toasted, 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Brush both sides of each fillet with oil & dredge in panko mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 5 - 6 minutes.

4Carefully transfer fish to plates & garnish with a dollop of tartar sauce & lemon wedges.
