Orange Glazed Salmon with Tomato

A friend gave us a fresh Salmon he had just caught and I got some fresh cherry tomatoes from a co-worker so I whipped up this dish for dinner. It was amazing.

Ingredients

4
salmon fillets
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 pt
cherry tomatoes halved

SAUCE

1/2 c
orange juice
1/4 c
brown sugar
1/4 c
soy sauce
4 clove
garlic minced
1
inch knob ginger minced
2 Tbsp
oyster sauce
1 Tbsp
sweet chili sauce
1/4 c
cilantro for garnish

Step-By-Step

1Mix ingredients for sauce together. Set aside.

2Add oil to hot pan. Sear Salmon on one side. Turn salmon over.

3Pour the glaze over the salmon. Reduce heat and cook turning salmon in glaze. Cook until salmon is no longer pink 5 minutes depending on the thickness of fish. Throw in the tomatoes during the last 2 minutes.

4Serve with glaze drizzled over top
Garnish with cilantro
