Open Faced Healthy Tuna Melt

Ingredients

1 can(s)
flaked white tuna, drained
1
red onion, finely chopped
1/4 c
black olives, chopped
1/2
tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp
parsley
1/2 c
olive oil
2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
pita bread rounds
1/2 c
feta cheese crumbles

Step-By-Step

1In medium bowl combine tuna, onion, olives, tomato and parsley.
2Add olive oil and vinegar and toss to coat.
3Mound onto pita and top with feta cheese.
4Place under broiler and cook until cheese is melted.
5Serve hot.
