Not Your Norm Tuna Noodle Casserole

- olives chopped (mix of back and green)
- 1 can(s)
- 14.5 chopped tomatoes w/juice
- 1/2 c
- jarred roasted tomatoes
- 2 can(s)
- 5oz tuna in oil drained slightly
- 2 Tbsp
- fresh chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 lb
- penne pasta
3Turn heat to med-high. Add tuna, breaking up,add tomatoes. stiring occationally. bring to boil.
Turning heat back down to low, cook for five to ten minutes till sauce thickens.
Add drained cooked pasta and any water if needed for sauce. Cook another 5 minutes and enjoy!!!
