My smothered Halibut, or Salmon or Cod

- sour cream...possibly alittle more than 1 cup
- 2 tsp
- lemon juice
- 1 c
- grated (spaghetti type) parmasan cheese
- 4 Tbsp
- fresh dill
1Mix all ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
2Lay your fish of choice on a foil lined baking sheet or dish and cover with Prepared Sauce. Don't skimp smother it.
3Bake inpreheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes depending on size of fish portion. I usually serve with a veggie or salad.
