Mom would make the patties ahead of time and individually wrap them and freeze.
Then when she wanted one she could toss in a little fry pan with a little Pam spray.

Ingredients

PATTIE INGREDIENTS

14 3/4 oz
canned pink or red salmon
3
egg
3/4 c
bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 c
diced onion
1 1/2 Tbsp
mustard

Directions Step-By-Step

combine all ingredients pat them as if you were making a hamburger patty
May like to chill for a firmer mixture or add more crumbs, panko or whatever You prefer

drop in a preheated fry pan sprayed with Buttery Pam

Very quick and economical. Splash with a little more lemon and tartar sauce mine is made with mayo, mustard and catsup
