- FISH:

1/4 cflour

1/2 ccornmeal

1/4 cmayonnaise

1 tspold bay seasoning
-
4tilapia fillets
-
2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 Tbspbutter
How To Make *** mom's fried tilapia with fish salsa ***

1Make salsa; mix well. Refrigerate until needed.

2In bowl, mix flour & cornmeal; mix well.

3In seperate small bowl, whisk mayo & bay seasoning; mix well.

4Dip fish in mayo mixture; then in flour mixture. Heat oil & pan fry fish; cook 3 - 5 minutes until golden, turn & cook 5 more minutes. Serve with fish salsa.
