Miso Glazed Cod

- cod fish fillets
- 1/2 c
- each mirin, saki, white miso paste and brown sugar
- 1/4 c
- 2 Tbsp
- each cornstarch and soy sauce
- scallions for garnish
1Place some oil in large skillet. Sear the cod 3 minutes on each side.
2Mix the remaining ingredients together. Pour over fish and cook on high until thickened and fish is flaky about 3 to 5 minutes.
3Serve garnished with scallions
