Back to eating Salmon again, thought so I thought I would combine my favorite ingredients and see how it turned out. It was AWESOME!!!

Ingredients

salmon, skinless filet, wild alaskan
mrs. dash origianl blend
2 tsp
olive oil
1
tomato, sliced & roasted
1
jalapeno, fresh, chopped
cilantro, fresh
2 Tbsp
mayo
1 tsp
thai chile sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix mayo and Thai chile sauce together, serve on the side.

Roast tomato slices and jalapeno.

In the same skillet after the tomatoes and jalapeno are cooked, place seasoned salmon in and cook 3-4 min. on each sides.

Place salmon on bed of cilantro, top with roasted tomatoes and jalapeno.
