Ingredients

1 c
shredded swiss cheese
1
unbaked nine inch pie shell
1 can(s)
crabmeat, 7.5 oz., drained and flaked
2
green onions, including top, sliced thinly
3
eggs, beaten
1 c
light cream or half and half
salt to taste
1/2 tsp
grated lemon peel, optional
1/4 tsp
dry mustard
dash(es)
mace, optional
1/4 c
sliced almonds

Directions Step-By-Step

Sprinkle cheese over bottom of pie shell. Top with crab; sprinkle with onions.

Mix eggs, cream, salt, lemon peel, dry mustard and mace. Pour over crab. Top with almonds. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or til set. Remove form oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6
