Ingredients For maple salmon

  • 1 lb
    salmon
  • GLAZE
  • 1/4 c
    maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt

How To Make maple salmon

  • Mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper.

    In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper.
  • Salmon in a baking dish covered with the maple marinade.

    Place salmon in a shallow glass baking dish. Coat with the maple syrup mixture.
  • Baking dish covered in foil and in the fridge for the salmon to marinade.

    Cover the dish and marinate salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Turn once.
  • Salmon baked in the oven until cooked.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place the baking dish in the preheated oven. Bake the salmon uncovered for 20 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork.
