Ingredients For maple pecan crusted perch

  • CRUST:
  • 2 c
    pecans, finely chopped
  • 2/3 c
    maple syrup
  • FISH:
  • 1 lb
    perch fillets
  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 4 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 2 x lg
    eggs, beaten

How To Make maple pecan crusted perch

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix crust ingredients.

    Roll fish through the flour & shake off excess.

    Roll fish through the beaten egg, coating well on all sides.
  • 4
    Roll fish through crust mixtur, coating all sides well.
  • 5
    Heat oil in skillet & fry fish on both sides for 1 - 2 minutes each.

    Place fish fillets in an oven safe dish & place in the oven for about 15 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork. Be careful not to overcook.
