2 cpecans, finely chopped

2/3 cmaple syrup
- FISH:

1 lbperch fillets

4 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

4 Tbspall purpose flour

2 x lgeggs, beaten
How To Make maple pecan crusted perch

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix crust ingredients.

2Roll fish through the flour & shake off excess.

3Roll fish through the beaten egg, coating well on all sides.

4Roll fish through crust mixtur, coating all sides well.

5Heat oil in skillet & fry fish on both sides for 1 - 2 minutes each.

6Place fish fillets in an oven safe dish & place in the oven for about 15 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork. Be careful not to overcook.
