Ingredients
| 2 c | no yolk noodles, dried |
| 2 c | sliced fresh mushrooms. |
| 1 c | frozen broccoli stir-fry veggies |
| 3/4 c | chopped onion |
| 1 | 10-3/4 oz reduced-fat can, condensed cream of mushroom soup |
| 3/4 c | fat-free milk. |
| 1/2 tsp | dried dill |
| 1/4 tsp | salt and pepper each |
| 1 | 6 oz can water-packed tuna. drained, flaked |
| 2 Tbsp | grated parmesan cheese. |

Directions
Heat oven to 375. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray, set aside. In lg saucepan, cook noodles, mushrooms, stir-fry veggies and onion in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain, return to pot. In bowl, stir together soup, milk, dill, salt & pepper. Stir into noodle mix. Fold in tuna. Spoon mix into casserole dish. Cover, bake 25 min. Uncover, sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Cook 5 min, uncovered.
