Ingredients

2 lb
medium raw prawns (peeled/deveined)
2 Tbsp
flour
8 Tbsp
vegetable broth
6 Tbsp
half and half
1/2 c
cilantro (fresh leaves)
1/2 medium
onion
1/2
green bell pepper
1/2 c
parsley (fresh leaves)
2
jalapenos, fresh
2 medium
tomatoes
1
lemon
3 Tbsp
olive oil

Directions Step-By-Step

prepare salsa
dice equal parts tomatoes, bell pepper, onion in 1/4" squears
remove seeds from jalapenos and mince
chop parsley and cilantro
mix ingredients in bowl
add salt to taste
let stand

preheat olive oil in large pan
add shrimp and fry over high heat. cook for 1-2 minutes per side
when almost done, sprinkle flour in pan with shrimp. stir

reduce heat. addjuice from lemon (approximately 4tbsp), half and half and broth to pan. stir. add 3tbsp of salsa. stir

place contents on platter and serve
